Sometimes exploring for unique locations can be everything, like this one, a room divider by the restrooms. 10/21/2022 - Joshua, Texas

North Texas Wedding - Summer 2022

Hello, and welcome to my wedding photography blog. This blog will allow my clients and future clients to take an actual peek into my work and my feelings on photography and photojournalism. Here I will share some of my favorite moments during assignments, any new news with my work, and my photography behind the scenes.
In this post, I take you to a wedding deep in the rural lands of North Texas, a place where as soon as you enter the dirt road that leads to the venue, you are surprised by its beauty. This wedding focused on family and love, guests embraced each other with open arms, and children ran around with smiles and laughs. During this wedding, I focused on the relationship the Bride and Groom have with their families and children. I wanted not only to show the wedding but how the children were during the day.
At this wedding, I shot mainly natural light, I did use a couple of strobes during the reception, but I primarily went natural. When I arrived, I knocked out all the formal stuff so the bride could relax and focus on the critical things. I feel this helped with nerves and made the day go by easier. These are some examples of the work I created this past weekend.
